Chanel Archer has been the salon manager of Radiant Salon for the past two years. With a background of working in the Entertainment Industry as an intern at Sony BMG, Chanel has built a network of Photographers/Videographers, Music Artists, Presenters and Models, who have gone into partnership with Radiant Salon on various projects.

Before joining Radiant Salon, Chanel attended Buckinghamshire Chiltens University studying Management and Marketing and also studied in Miami for just over 6 months. In Miami, she was inspired even more by the hair and beauty industry whilst working on various photography projects. Whilst in University, Chanel also managed a Beauty concession at House of Fraser for two years. Fashion is also one of her biggest passions with a background of working behind the scenes at London Fashion Week.

In recent years Chanel has built the Radiant Artistic Team alongside the Radiant Project Manager Rita Balogun, who have worked on various fashion shows and photoshoots, more recently styling for French Designer Roland Mouret's A/W11 Lookbook, The Sharlotte Ritchie Seasonal Calendar 2011 and UK Artist Starboy Nathan's video for Diamonds.

Rita Balogun has been the PR and Market Researcher for Radiant Salon for almost two years. With a strong background in Acting, Rita has used her creativeness as a performer and her skills to be able to efficiently communicate to network with Models and Photographers which in turn has allowed the Radiant Artistic team to grow.   

Before working for Radiant Salon, Rita took part as team leader in a range of Promotional campaigns including Dove and Burtons. Rita also studied acting at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts while on the side interned for Direct Models Management while having the opportunity to work at New York Fashion week.

Alongside Salon Manager Chanel Archer, Rita has been able to build the Radiant Artistic team with various fashion shows and photoshoots, more recently styling for French Designer Roland Mouret's A/W11 Lookbook, The Sharlotte Ritchie Seasonal Calendar 2011 and UK Artist Starboy Nathan's video 'Diamonds'.

Most importantly Rita alongside the salon manager Chanel Archer have been able to build a bigger clientele by executing a range of Promotional Campaigns that have allowed old clients as well as new clients the reap the benefits of being part of the growth of Radiant Salon. 

Rita hopes to take the salon to new levels by making the Artistic Team one of the demanded in the industry. 

Simone is the Radiant Salon Receptionist, Blogger and also works as a Beauty therapist. She trained at SAKS Academy in London’s Covent Garden as a beautician and can carry out a range of treatments from manicures to waxing, and specialises in spray tanning. Before joining the team at Radiant, she worked in several salons in and around London and also as a mobile beauty therapist.
 

Simone is extremely passionate about hair and beauty and is always keeping up to date with the latest trends, treatments and beauty blogs.  She has also worked as a professional dancer and model so has a wide knowledge of the hair and make-up industry from being in front of the camera. This knowledge and enthusiasm for all things fashion, hair and beauty comes across in her work ethic.

With over 18 years of experience, 10 of them being with us, Tracy is by far our most experienced stylist.

We call her our Jack-of-all-Trades because over the years she’s picked up every technique in the book and even so is still always wanting to learn new techniques.

Tracy has perfected her styling and cutting techniques with a variety of different clientele, from Afro to European to Asian hair. She see’s styling as an art and makes it her priority to listen to her clients needs and deliver an amazing outcome.

Since joining the Radiant team in summer 2010, Khaleema has progressed far beyond expectation. Making best use of her previous hairstyling experience, creative vision, eagerness to earn, she has settled smoothly into the Radiant experience.

Adhering and contributing to the Radiant vision, Khaleema continuously provides a high standard of service as she builds her professional portfolio and learns new techniques.

Committed to quality, style and innovation, Khaleema currently specialises in weaving for Afro Caribbean and European hair.

Pauline has been working at Radiant Hair Salon for just under a year. She has many years experience in hairdressing, specialising in European colouring, cutting and styling as well as mens cuts.

Najmin Khatun also known as Naj, began working at Radiant Hair and Beauty at the beginning of September 09. She has been qualified as a beautician for 2 years and is highly skilled to carry out a range of beauty treatments from manicures, pedicures to deep tissue massage and threading.

Naj’s Asian background has been a huge influence on her expertise in threading, and managed to teach herself from a young age. Naj’s training background began at Lewisham College where she obtained a level 2/3 and also has experience in working in two Photography studios, where she worked in the role as a professional hair and make-up artist. She has also taken part in voluntary work for her local community where she carried out a range of massages; Deep Tissue, Swedish (aromatherapy oils) and Thai stretches).
 

Samantha Leipsegar, also referred to as Sam, has now been a member of the Radiant Team since early 2011. However, she has been working in the Beauty Industry for the past 5 years, qualified with a level 3 in Beauty Therapy and Spray Tanning. One of her biggest achievements was winning an Award for 'Spray Tan of the Year' in 2007 at the London College of Beauty Therapy. With experience of working at Nails Inc, Sam has mastered the art of her manicures and Pedicures, with attention to detail she ensures all her clients leave looking fabulous.
