Cancellations

 

 

Appointments cannot be cancelled by email. All cancellations can only
be accepted by phone.

We ask clients to give us at least 48 hours cancelation notice on
service appointments.

This includes any part of any service. If we are not notified within
the 48 hours or you are a ‘No Show’ to your appointment we hold the
right to take a deposit for any future bookings, which is 25% of your
scheduled service. You may be required to give a credit card number
when scheduling appointments.
 
Before providing any service we want to make sure you are comfortable and we understand your needs completely, that’s why we offer a complimentary consultation prior to any service. All first-time texture or colour clients should come in for a consultation, prior to their appointment, to determine price and length of time required.Appointments cannot be cancelled by email.
